You will:

As a Property Manager / Customer Care Specialist, you’re the heartbeat of the store—the friendly face, trusted guide, and problem-solver customers rely on. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like it.

  • Deliver standout customer service that turns first-time visitors into loyal customers
  • Own customer inquiries, offering timely solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Keep our facility running smoothly – opening and closing the store with precision.
  • Enhance customer relationships with follow-up calls and personalized support.
  • Lead facility tours to help customers find the storage options that work best for them.
  • Maintain a pristine environment – inside and out, your attention to detail ensures the facility looks great!
  • Ensure efficient customer service by managing the support queue and resolving issues quickly.
  • Handle rollover calls with a professional, customer-first approach.
  • Make operational improvements and keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Manage credit inquiries and help customers through financial processes with ease.

You have:

  • You have 2+ years of property management, sales and/or retail experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • You love helping others and have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You know how to resolve conflicts and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You’re flexible, ready to work weekends and travel to nearby locations when needed.
  • You’re bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required!).
