Storage Post is a national owner/operator of self-storage facilities with more than $2 billion in assets acquired or managed since 2012. With 4 million square feet under management across New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, and Illinois—and deep, well-capitalized funding—we’re scaling rapidly in top-tier markets within one of the most resilient and high-performing sectors of real estate.
We’re not just growing—we’re building a best-in-class platform. And we’re looking for a Senior Property Accountant who wants to be part of it.

- Detail-oriented – Precise without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Disciplined – You hit deadlines and take ownership of deliverables
- Organized – You juggle multiple priorities with confidence
- Resourceful – You find solutions, not just problems
- Self-motivated – You seek growth, improvement, and continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Real estate and/or REIT experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (sort, filter, VLOOKUP, basic modeling)
- Experience with MRI or other multi-entity accounting systems (preferred)
- Experience with Nexus AP or similar AP platforms (preferred)
- Exposure to large-scale, institutional-quality assets
- Direct ownership of portfolios—not just tasks
- Strong leadership, collaborative culture, and growth runway
- A modern office in one of Atlanta’s most desirable neighborhoods
- A company positioned for long-term expansion in a top-performing real estate sector
If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters—and where you can grow alongside a fast-scaling platform—we’d love to meet you.
