You will:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations and customer engagement:

Deliver exceptional customer service—greet customers, tour units, and close rentals
Handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and support leasing efforts
Conduct daily property walk-throughs, lock checks, and visual inspections
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming facility inside and out
Perform light maintenance (sweeping, painting, minor repairs)
Manage rental agreements, customer accounts, and payment processing
Assist nearby locations as needed
Work weekends on a rotating schedule

You have:

2 - 4 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter comfortable managing responsibilities independently
Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Basic computer skills (email, Windows programs)
