We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our Cypress Hills location.

You will:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be hands-on in every part of the business and make a real impact every day:
- Deliver outstanding customer service—greet customers, tour units, and confidently close rentals
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads
- Perform daily property walk-throughs and security lock checks
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and customer-ready—inside and out
- Handle light maintenance tasks (sweeping, painting, minor repairs)
- Process rental agreements, payments, and customer accounts
- Assist neighboring locations when needed
- Work weekends as scheduled

You have:
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Basic computer skills (email, Windows-based programs)
