You will:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re the first voice of Storage Post—and a key driver of our growth.

Connect with pre-qualified inbound leads (no cold calling—ever)
Deliver standout customer experiences from first contact to close
Use consultative selling to uncover needs and match customers with the right solutions
Confidently overcome objections and close deals in a fast-paced environment
Manage daily leads and follow-ups through our custom CRM
Track performance, refine your approach, and consistently beat your goals

You have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
2+ years of inside sales or sales development experience, ideally high-volume
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas
Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
Tech-forward mindset (CRM tools, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Self-starter energy, competitive drive, and a winning attitude
