What You’ll Do:

As a Property Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the store—the friendly face, trusted guide, and problem-solver customers rely on. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like it.

• Deliver standout customer service that turns first-time visitors into loyal customers
• Keep our facility running smoothly – opening and closing the store with precision.
• Lead facility tours to help customers find the storage options that work best for them.
• Maintain a pristine environment – inside and out, your attention to detail ensures the facility looks great!
• Make operational improvements and keep everything running like clockwork.

You have:

• You have 2+ years of property management, sales and/or retail experience.
• You love helping others and have a positive, can-do attitude.
• You know how to resolve conflicts and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
• You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• You’re flexible, ready to work weekends and travel to nearby locations when needed.
• You’re bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required!).
