What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Property Manager/ Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the face of Storage Post. You’ll be key in creating a positive and inviting environment that keeps customers coming back. No two days are the same, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced setting, helping customers with everything from facility tours to finding the perfect storage unit.

Create an unforgettable experience for customers by providing excellent service with a smile!
Own customer inquiries, offering timely solutions tailored to their needs.
Keep our facility running smoothly – opening and closing the store with precision.
Enhance customer relationships with follow-up calls and personalized support.
Lead facility tours to help customers find the storage options that work best for them.
Maintain a pristine environment – inside and out, your attention to detail ensures the facility looks great!
Ensure efficient customer service by managing the support queue and resolving issues quickly.
Handle rollover calls with a professional, customer-first approach.
Make operational improvements and keep everything running like clockwork.
Manage credit inquiries and help customers through financial processes with ease.

Who You Are:

You have 2+ years of property management, sales and/or retail experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
You love helping others and have a positive, can-do attitude.
You know how to resolve conflicts and turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
You’re flexible, ready to work weekends and travel to nearby locations when needed.
You’re bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required!).
